Listing identifiers, titles, dates, status, category, quantity, prices, costs, fees, shipping, refunds, and source when those fields are available.

Your reseller data, handled deliberately.
ResellMark reads only the business fields needed to calculate useful signals. It does not need buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, buyer emails, or payment identifiers.
What we store
Normalized listing facts, calculated metrics, signal history, and actions. Unknown values stay unknown and are labelled accordingly.
What we delete
Raw uploads are private and temporary. They are deleted immediately after successful normalization or failure. Files awaiting one mapping answer expire automatically within 24 hours.
What we avoid
Unnecessary buyer PII, public upload URLs, and claims based on financial values that were not present in your data.
