Uploaded inventory data

Listing identifiers, titles, dates, status, category, quantity, price, currency, and optional user-supplied cost fields may be stored for your account.

Raw uploads

Raw uploaded files are private and temporary. They are deleted after successful normalization or failure; a file awaiting a mapping answer expires within 24 hours.

Unknown values

Absent purchase costs, fees, refunds, or financial values remain unknown. ResellMark does not infer or fabricate them.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout, subscription billing, and the customer portal. ResellMark stores subscription identifiers and status, not full card numbers or card security codes.

Connected eBay data

When an eligible ResellMark Plus customer chooses Connected eBay, encrypted OAuth credentials let ResellMark retrieve supported listings, orders, financial transactions, and eligibility metadata. Normal Connected eBay use is read-only and does not make changes to the eBay account. Listing content is refreshed within six hours when displayed; other eBay content is refreshed within 24 hours. Delays are labeled and the last good data may remain visible.

Separate data sources

Uploaded snapshots, connected eBay records, and purchase costs you provide remain technically distinct. ResellMark does not silently blend or overwrite their provenance, and it never treats a user-entered cost as data supplied by eBay.

Marketplace actions

Eligible buyer offers remain read-only until you choose a price, review it, and confirm. A separate operational switch can stop all offer writes, including a prepared action, without deleting completed action history.

Mark AI assistant

Generic questions that use Mark’s AI model may use OpenAI’s API. Supported account-specific questions are answered locally by ResellMark and are not sent to OpenAI. Connected eBay account data and account-specific imported snapshot facts are not sent to OpenAI.

OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default unless the API organization opts in, and NivdoX AI has not opted in to that voluntary sharing. Requests use store=false, which prevents Responses application-state storage for later retrieval. OpenAI may still retain limited request and response content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under standard API controls. ResellMark does not currently claim Zero Data Retention. Processing may occur through OpenAI infrastructure and subprocessors in multiple countries, subject to its DPA and applicable transfer safeguards.

Mark does not support attachments or tools. Mark cannot send email, create tickets, browse, or perform account actions, and it does not automatically send conversations to human support. Do not enter passwords, tokens, API keys, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive third-party personal information. ResellMark does not permanently store conversation text in its database; recent text is kept temporarily in your current browser or app session using bounded browser-side sessionStorage and is cleared when that session ends or your authenticated identity changes. ProductEvent logging is limited to technical metadata such as status, latency range, model, and token counts—not message or response text.

Affiliate accounts and referrals

Affiliate account identity, secure email-verification state, legal acceptance, referral, commission, and payout-administration records are kept within ResellMark's existing Affiliate system. Public signup collects only name, email, password, and required legal acknowledgements; payout details are handled separately when needed.

For a valid active Affiliate link, a specific prompt lets you allow or decline a signed first-party affiliate-attribution cookie. ResellMark stores it only after explicit consent, for up to 90 days, and you can remove it before signup through Affiliate attribution preferences. Continuing without it does not block the site or account creation. When a new account is created while valid consented attribution remains, ResellMark records the server-validated attribution for referral administration, commission, fraud prevention, accounting, and Program operations. Affiliates receive only limited referral/performance information needed for the Program—not connected eBay data, inventory, orders, sales, detailed financial data, passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary private account information.

Removal

Disconnecting eBay deletes stored OAuth credentials. Connected records may be retained only as needed for your account, action integrity, or applicable obligations, and eBay marketplace-account deletion requests are handled through the registered deletion process.
