The service

ResellMark provides inventory and related analysis from data you provide or authorize ResellMark to retrieve. Results depend on source completeness and are informational, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Free Scan

Each account receives one successful inventory scan. Failed or invalid uploads do not use it. The canonical fictional sample may be scanned without using the allowance.

ResellMark Plus

ResellMark Plus costs $14.99 USD per month and renews until cancelled. It includes Connected eBay, unlimited inventory scans, eligible snapshot history, exports, print-friendly reports, and the ability to add purchase costs. Stripe handles payment and cancellation through its hosted services.

Mark AI assistant

Mark is ResellMark’s AI assistant for explanation and guidance. It cannot perform account, marketplace, billing, support, or other actions. Supported account-specific facts may be answered deterministically from ResellMark’s verified state, while generic AI-generated explanations can be imperfect. For account-specific decisions, rely on the underlying verified ResellMark data. Mark does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Affiliate referrals

If you create a new account through a valid active affiliate referral, ResellMark may permanently associate that affiliate with your account to administer its referral and commission arrangement. Clicking another referral link later does not replace established attribution. Authoritative attribution does not depend on third-party advertising trackers.

Cancellation and availability

You may cancel through the billing portal. Access continues according to the subscription status provided by Stripe. Connected third-party sources may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable and are not guaranteed.

Connected eBay terms

If your account is eligible for Connected eBay, you must explicitly accept the current version of these connected terms before authorizing eBay. You authorize ResellMark to use the permissions shown on eBay’s consent screen to retrieve and display your seller information and, only when you deliberately confirm a supported action and ResellMark’s separate write controls are enabled, submit that action to eBay.

Your use of connected eBay features is also bound by the current eBay API License Agreement. eBay is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce the applicable eBay terms against you. Any limited right to display eBay content through ResellMark is revocable. You may disconnect eBay at any time.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to upload data and must not use the service unlawfully or attempt to bypass security or plan limits.
