How do I export my inventory from eBay?
In eBay Seller Hub, open Reports and download a Listings or Inventory report. Choose CSV if eBay asks which file format you want. Seller Hub labels can vary by account and marketplace. See how ResellMark works.
Which file should I upload?
Upload the eBay inventory export you downloaded from Seller Hub. ResellMark accepts Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), and Word (.docx) files that contain a structured table. The same supported-field and truthfulness checks apply to every format. Legacy Excel (.xls) files are not supported. Seller Hub reports and available fields can vary by account and marketplace.
What does ResellMark analyze?
From an uploaded file, ResellMark uses supported listing identifiers, titles, dates, status, category, quantity, price, currency, and optional cost fields. Connected eBay can also retrieve supported listings, orders, financial transactions, and limited eligibility metadata. The sources remain separately identified, and results are shown only where the required data exists.
What information should my inventory file contain?
Minimum required
ResellMark needs at least one way to identify each listing: an eBay Item ID, SKU/custom label, or title. Each imported row must contain at least one of those values. If the column name is unclear, ResellMark asks you to identify it.
Recommended for better results
Include listing start date, listing status, current price, quantity, currency, and category when they are available. These fields are optional: a file can still be useful without all of them, but the related result may be unavailable or based only on rows that contain the information.

Optional: Add purchase costs
Purchase cost is user-provided information and is not expected in a standard eBay inventory export. Your inventory file establishes the snapshot first. ResellMark Plus members can then use Account → Add purchase costs to upload a separate purchase-cost file containing purchase cost plus Item ID or SKU. A purchase-cost file is not an inventory file and cannot replace the inventory snapshot.
Common column labels ResellMark recognizes
Common identity labels include ItemID, Item ID, eBay Item ID, item number, listing ID, SKU, custom label, seller SKU, title, and item title. Other recognized labels include start date or listing start date; price or current price; status; quantity or available quantity; currency; and category. ResellMark detects supported labels automatically, but no particular Seller Hub export is guaranteed to contain every field.
Missing information stays unknown. ResellMark displays unsupported results as Unavailable rather than estimating them.
Why are some values unavailable?
A value stays unavailable when its required source fields are absent. Purchase cost, fees, refunds, shipping expense, profit, cash tied up, margin, and ROI are never inferred or fabricated.
How do purchase costs work?
ResellMark Plus members can add purchase costs they know. These values are provided by the user and are not normally included in an eBay inventory export.
Purchase cost alone does not prove profit or ROI. Complete revenue, fees, refunds, shipping, and other relevant expenses may still be required. ResellMark never infers missing values.
What is included with Free and ResellMark Plus?
Free includes one inventory scan and access to the latest Inventory Overview and Inventory. ResellMark Plus adds Connected eBay, unlimited inventory scans, prior inventory snapshot history, purchase-cost entry, inventory downloads, and print-friendly reports. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Account while signed in and use Manage billing. Stripe securely handles the billing portal for managing or cancelling the monthly subscription. Terms apply.
What can Mark help with?
Mark is ResellMark’s AI assistant. It can explain ResellMark, supported account facts, reports, data states, and how features work, and guide you to the relevant screen. It cannot perform actions, upload files, sync eBay, send offers, change billing, create support tickets, or email support. Supported private account facts are answered locally by ResellMark; generic AI questions may use OpenAI. See Data handling and Privacy for details.
How do Affiliate referral links work?
If you create a new ResellMark account through a valid active Affiliate link, that Affiliate is recorded for administering the referral program. Existing accounts are not reassigned by later links, and no third-party advertising tracker is needed to establish attribution.
How does Connected eBay work?
Connected eBay is included with an active ResellMark Plus subscription. Open Account or Upload inventory, choose Connect eBay, accept the current connected terms, approve the permissions on eBay, and let the first update finish. Normal use is read-only: ResellMark imports supported data and does not make changes to your eBay account.
Why am I being asked to reconnect?
An existing authorization may be expired or may not include the inventory permission needed for buyer-offer eligibility. Reconnecting updates the permission; supported read-only information can remain available in the meantime.
Does ResellMark send offers automatically?
No. You must choose a price, review the exact action, and confirm it. A separate operational switch can stop all offer writes.
What if an eBay update fails?
ResellMark labels the affected source and keeps the last good data where safe. Retry from Account. Reconnect only when the connection itself needs attention.
Can I use ResellMark without connecting eBay?
Yes. You can start with one free inventory-file scan, and uploading inventory remains available independently from Connected eBay.
